Every guest that stays for a week or more will receive a free ticket that will allow him to take a free tour of the island on the boat or to enjoy the view of the sunset with the colony of Berte Maggiore in the boat of the famous "Red Baron". The packet also includes a taste of local biological products.

The accommodation is situated in a quiet and calm position and benefits of a beautiful view of the sea on a side and of the countryside on the other. The accommodation is positioned at the base of the hill which makes it fresh and comfortable even during the hottest days. This is the perfect place to enjoy a calm and relaxing holiday in the Mediterranean sea.

The house is divided in:

1) An apartment which can accommodate from 2 to 4 people (BUT MORE IDEAL FOR A COUPLE OR A COUPLE WITH ONE/TWO CHILDREN).

It is composed of a bedroom with a kingsize bed and a single fold up bed,a large living-kitchen area with a sofa bed and tv and a bathroom.There is also a small garden-terrace with barbecue,sun beds and garden chairs;

2) An Apartment of 200 square meters which can accomodate from 6 to 8 people, with a large living-dining area,kitchen,3 large double rooms with king size beds and 2 bathrooms.It is possible upon request to add one or two additional single fold up beds in the common area and divide it from the kitchen area with a separè.The apartment also has a veranda fully provided with a table, chairs and sun beds and is the ideal for familiy's and groups of friends to enjoy the wonderful sunsets of the island.

2) House in Mannarazza

The house in the photos above is situated in Mannarazza,in the heart of the islands countryside and enjoys a position of absolute privacy and tranquillity as it is surrounded by 5000 hectars of unbuilt landscape. Despite sounding so isolated we have to remind you that we are talking about the island of Linosa so distances are not massive, it's only a 15 minute walk to the closest town center and 10 minutes to the first cove (the Mannarazza cove).

The house is divided in 3 different appartments:

1)A one-bedroom flat for 2 persons (at the moment the photos are unfortunetly unavailable);

2)An appartment for 4 persons comprises a large living room,kitchen,2 double bedrooms and a bathroom

3)An appartment for 4-5 persons comprises a large living-dining area, 2 double bedrooms, a single bed located betwen the corridor and the kitchen, and a bathroom.

Every appartment is equipped with an outdoor shower for the hotter summer days and a terrace with tables chairs and deckchairs.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All apartments are furniture Interiors of that apartment and provided with a fully equipped kitchen. Bath towels and linen are included.Trasport from the port to the accommodation is included in the rate. Babies stay for free meanwhile children (from 2 to 12) receive a 40% discount.

Its possible to wash clothes on site with the use of a washing machine.The rate is of 5.00 Euro,soap included.

Upon booking you will be requested to pay a downpayment,the amount of the downpayment is calculated on the number of persons staying and the lengh of stay.You will then need to pay the remaining settlement on site before departure.
